Biography
Tom Niemann’s practice focuses on general business and corporate law issues, business transactions and contracts, commercial real estate, and business succession and estate planning. Tom has provided advice to a wide range of clients from emerging businesses to multi-national companies on strategic matters, governance and compliance, fiduciary duties, employment issues, shareholder relationships and rights and other business matters. Tom also advises clients on business sales, mergers, asset and stock transactions, raising debt and equity capital, and private placement offerings. Tom’s real estate practice includes providing counsel on all phases of residential and commercial development, from property acquisition to zoning approval, financing, and construction. Tom also assists clients with preserving, managing and transferring assets through thoughtful estate planning and business succession. Tom’s legal expertise is complemented by his outside business experience, as former Operating Officer and Director of a multinational asset liquidation company and in his current role as an adjunct professor of Business Law.
