Biography

Henry F. Luepke III is a civil trial attorney who for more than thirty years has directed and managed hundreds of lawsuits in Missouri's state and federal courts. He has represented a broad and diverse range of clients in disputes and claims arising out of contracts, real estate transactions, insurance, business relationships, personal injury, and civil rights. He is committed to breaking down complex issues and conflicts and communicating his analysis to internal and external stakeholders in clear language and in a fashion that best serves his clients' goals and interests, including when providing them advice or counsel and at mediation, arbitration, trial, and on appeal.
