Biography
Nathan Risch is a trial attorney whose practice areas include real estate, landlord-tenant, bankruptcy, collections, and title insurance litigation. Nathan regularly represents national title insurance underwriters, homeowners, lenders, businesses, and landlords throughout Missouri. Nathan litigates cases including quiet title, reformation of instruments, adverse possession, easement rights, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract, lease disputes, bankruptcy actions, mechanic’s liens, lien priority, fraud, and declaratory judgment. Nathan joined Hein Schneider & Bond P.C. in 2016 after a successful solo practice in the areas of civil litigation and bankruptcy matters.
