On behalf of homeowner and secured lender clients, Anne Kelly argued and won summary judgment against a plaintiff seeking to invalidate the homeowner’s deed vesting title and lender’s secured deed of trust on the grounds of forgery. Final judgment was entered and in favor of homeowner and secured lender against plaintiff on plaintiff’s petition, and in favor of the firm’s clients on a counterclaim to quiet title in the secured lender as a bona fide lender free of plantiff’s adverse claims.
